Pedestrian Pictures

Much of the route is pedestrian only, but cars are allowed on portions because there is access to the few houses along the path.  Here on Lugard Road on the Circular Walk, also known as the Victoria Peak Tree Walk, you can see a gateway to a private residence.

The walking path continues on the right and no more cars are allowed on this portion of the path.

About this image: A serene, tree-lined pathway winds up a lush hillside on Hong Kong's Victoria Peak, flanked by dense subtropical foliage and rocky outcrops, evoking the area's exclusive residential and hiking trails. Elegant black wrought-iron gates with gold accents mark a private entrance along the gravel-strewn path, accompanied by a classic red no-entry sign and a vintage street lamp, highlighting the blend of colonial-era architecture and natural tranquility. The scene captures the Peak's upscale, secluded atmosphere, ideal for leisurely walks with views of the surrounding urban skyline hidden just beyond the greenery.

FOOD AND DINING

While often visited for the view the visitor should not forget that The Peak encompasses a wide range of dining options, from the casual to the sophisticated.  Within The Peak area are examples of many of Hong Kong's most authentic and distinctive styles, as well as international choices to fit all palates and budgets.
