Lugard Road And the Circular Walk

Just beside the Peak Tower, to its left as you face it, is the entrance to the Lugard Road and the Circular Walk.  The first building on your left is the historic Tramways Building with a bright red door and white walls molded into the form of blocks, in the neo renaissance style popular here during the 1900s.  Outside the door the traditional Chinese Lions stand guard.

About this image: A serene entranceway on Victoria Peak features a vibrant pink door set against a textured stone wall, flanked by dense lush greenery including bamboo and ferns, evoking a tranquil garden escape amid Hong Kong's urban skyline. A traditional white stone lion statue, a common guardian figure in Chinese architecture, sits at the base of the wall, symbolizing protection and cultural heritage. The scene includes a curved paved path bordered by a black metal fence, highlighting the Peak's blend of natural trails and elegant, residential-style features popular with locals and tourists.
