Gate Lodge Victoria Peak Gardens

Built around 1900 this Renaissance style structure was designed to be the house of the keeper of the "Mountain Lodge". Although the Mountain Lodge was demolished in the 1940s and the place is now used for Victoria Peak Garden, the gate house reminds. Today it is used as office and storage for those working at the garden and so in a way is maintaining its original use!

Unfortunately it is not open to the public but it is still an interesting sight to see and you will pass it as you go into the higher part of the gardens.
